What this skill does
The Legal Memo skill converts your raw thinking — voice dictation, bullet points, rough notes, or a client call transcript — into a fully formatted legal memorandum. It handles the structural work so you can stay focused on the substantive analysis rather than formatting conventions.
The skill follows the standard memorandum structure used in Swiss and European legal practice: issue identification, brief answer, factual background, legal analysis with applicable sources, and a conclusion with recommended next steps. It uses formal legal language throughout, flags any factual assumptions it has had to make due to incomplete input, and identifies where the analysis depends on information that would need to be verified.
This is not a template filler. The skill reasons through the facts you provide, applies the relevant legal framework, and produces a memo that a senior associate would be comfortable putting their name to after a review pass.
When to use it

What you get

The memo uses formal legal prose throughout. Where the skill has made assumptions due to missing input, those assumptions are clearly flagged in square brackets so you can verify and correct them before sending.
